Created in 1973 at the initiative of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid and Madrid's universities, the University-Business Foundation (FUE) is the first institution that, within the academic and business world, addresses the challenges and opportunities that are generated from the relationship between both.

The FUE has been supporting young talent for 45 years. An objective that has made the University-Enterprise Foundation adapt to change to meet the day-to-day needs and be able to act as a bridge between companies and universities. Only in this way is it possible to contribute the best through innovative and creative programs, strategies and accessions that offer value to society, assuming the necessary challenges to continue betting on talent, training, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Lines of action

Professional initiation and employability: we insert young people into companies for their first experience in the workplace.

• Company internships for university and vocational training technicians, combined programs of training and internships for graduates, academic and professional guidance, labor market, information and advice, R + D + i employment portal.

Entrepreneurship: we support those who want to be their own bosses.

• Workshops and awareness seminars for children, youth, unemployed, etc. Interuniversity competition, advice and tutoring for start-ups.

Innovation: we bring innovation and research to the company.

• Management of university-business research contracts, advice to companies in R + D + i.

Training: we train in the skills and competencies that the company needs.

• Custom company training for managers, middle managers and employees. Postgraduate programs, specialization courses and seminars focused on different areas of business and professional development aimed at the general public.
