The Telefónica CDCO – FUE Internship Programme was born with the aim of contributing to the training of young people in digital transformation and to promote an entrepreneurial attitude in Spain, hand in hand one of the world's leading technology companies.

For these purposes, Young Talent Innovation (Telefónica CDCO) and the Fundación Universidad- Empresa announce a set of scholarships for young people aimed at expanding their studies, with full-time dedication, in areas of knowledge such as agile methodologies and technologies based on in data through the Higher Training Program in Agile Organizations and Digital Transformation of the University of Alcalá.

Internship description:

The Telefónica CDCO – FUE Internship Programme is aimed at those young people who are between 20 and 28 years old, on the date of publication of the announcement of the Program.

The objective of the Program is to encourage young people to apply leadership, communication and professional planning tools and techniques to their personal lives and integrate technology and digital transformation into Telefónica's new global digital consumption unit.

Characteristics of the internship period

  • Study aid grant: A minimum amount of €500 gross per month, depending on the city of destination and the day.
  • Duration: The scholarship may last 6 or 12 months depending on the proposed Training Plan
  • Schedule: Full-time, according to Telefónica CDCO's schedule.
  • Certification of Telefónica CDCO.

Academic training

The Telefónica CDCO – FUE Internship Programme combines theoretical and practical training through the different subjects of the study of Higher Training in Agile Organizations and Transformation Digital of the University of Alcalá. It is a Training Program that seeks to promote the development of transversal skills necessary within the professional world, with special emphasis on those that complement the previous training of the scholarship holders.

Curriculum

EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT
Learning to identify and manage emotions and the maladaptive responses they generate is especially relevant in uncertain environments such as the current one. To participate in complex projects, a deep understanding of oneself and one's emotions is necessary. Access and interaction in new environments and interpersonal networks put our emotional management system and our capacity for self-regulation to the test. Working on the understanding of said system will favor the professional and personal development of the student and their ability to adapt and interrelate in the face of the new challenges that arise.

LEADERSHIP AND DECISION MAKING
Relationships between equals have been the object of study for centuries due to the existing singularities in terms of opinions, judgments, etc. We live in a time where the participation and contribution of all individuals are necessary factors for success and leadership plays an essential role. We need to improve our understanding of how we make decisions individually and collectively, understand why we make mistakes and how we do it in order to find a point of balance that allows us to achieve the common good.

COMMUNICATION
In a 21st century society, communication becomes the main protagonist. The technological revolution that we have been witnessing for some decades now has only intensified the ways and means of keeping in touch. We are permanently connected and we can interact with the rest of the world in an instant and simple way. Given this scenario, developing solid communication skills is essential to stay afloat.

INNOVATION
In recent years the word innovation has become a common currency. In this module we are going to address this concept in depth and we will learn work methodologies used in innovation processes. It will be insisted that in order to innovate, it is not enough to take into account the technological advances in the environment, but rather it is necessary to provoke an internal change that generates value in the market and benefits all the actors involved.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
The term digital transformation is something that we have been hearing in our environment for the last few years. It is a change that is associated with the application of digital technology, data management and the fact that agile adaptation by companies is imminent to meet present and future needs. Digital transformation is no longer an option and we need to move from linear thinking to exponential thinking where a vision of an accelerated future involves working with data.
1 month duration. 5 ECTS credits

AGILE. VALUE PROPOSAL
The Value Proposal involves the completion of a project, in which they must apply and develop the knowledge acquired during the training and will be developed as a team. The topic will be of free choice, but it will have to be framed in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and focused on Telefónica CDCO. It will be carried out under the supervision of a tutor, who will be responsible for exposing the characteristics of the course to the student, assisting and guiding him in his development, ensuring compliance with the objectives set, assessing it in a timely manner, and authorize your submission.

INTERNSHIP at Telefónica CDCO
Develop professional skills in a real environment and materialize the knowledge acquired in academic training.

Academic Accreditation

The title Higher Training in Agile Methodologies and Digital Transformation is a University Postgraduate title of the University of Alcalá.

  • The satisfactory completion of the Academic Training Plan and the curricular internship period will give the right to obtain a Specialist Diploma in Agile Organizations and Digital Transformation, issued as an Own Title and a Certification from Telefónica CDCO.

Admission and enrollment

In order to access the CDCO – FUE Telefónica Scholarship Program, it will be necessary to meet the following requirements:

  • Be under 30 years old.
  • Possess an official university degree, homologated or homologated, of graduate, diploma, graduate, architect, technical architect, engineer, technical engineer, that suits the places offered in each call.
  • Have obtained the official university degree, approved or homologated in the last 4 years.
  • Not having previously enjoyed an internship with similar characteristics.
