The Higher Education Course in Technological Change and Innovation of the University of Alcalá is a postgraduate program for recent graduates that allows developing skills related to digital banking, in an innovative environment and applying fundamental tools for the future of the sector and combining the theoretical training with an internship at BBVA, in the context of its Liquid Junior training program.
Characteristics of the internship period
- Economic endowment: A minimum amount of € 500 gross per month, depending on the city of destination and the working day.
- Duration: The duration of the Program is 6 months (extendable to 12), with the holiday period determined by the company.
- Schedule: Full day, according to BBVA schedule.
- BBVA certification.
Academic Accreditation
The title Higher Education Course in Technological Change and Innovation is a degree of University Postgraduate of the Universidad de Alcalá.
- The successful completion of the Academic Training Plan of the Program will entitle the holder to obtain a Specialist Diploma in Technological Change and Innovation, issued as Own Title and a BBVA Certification.

Methodology and contents
The training plan of the Course Higher Education Course in Technological Change and Innovation is developed in an online platform and complements the theoretical contents with the "Social Liquid" space, a social environment where students can meet their peers and tutors and share their experience as well as enrich their training.
Students will participate in two levels of learning:
- "Invisible learning" where they will acquire a series of knowledge and complementary skills to those offered as content in the academic training
- "Visible learning" where the students will approach 4 modules of specific contents to find the solution to a challenge proposed by BBVA,
MODULE 0 - EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT TOOLS

The student learns tools from a personal approach to collaborate in a digital world

CHALLENGE PRACTICES AT BBVA
Cross Training Module of 20 ECTS
The CHALLENGE is the objective to be reached by the student through the development of a project. The challenges will be defined by BBVA together with the Fundación Universidad-Empresa.

Admission and registration
In order to access the Higher Education Course in Technological Change and Innovation, it will be necessary to meet the following requirements:
- Be less than 30 years old.
- Possess an official university degree, homologated or homologous, graduated, graduated, licensed, architect, technical architect, engineer, technical engineer, that fits the places offered in each call.
- Having obtained the official university degree, homologated or homologated in the last 4 years.
- Not having previously enjoyed an internship in the Program, or in any program for graduates with similar characteristics.
- Not have professional experience related to the degree after the studies.
