A Master's degree adapted to business
We are committed to essential training. Learning and in-depth experiences that accelerate the first professional opportunity through online theoretical and practical training given in the company.
A first-hand experience in the best companies with a hands-on approach to online training.
The program strengthens the adaptive mindset and capacities. The subjects, taught online, are grouped into three blocks of digital content - productivity, adaptive management and innovation - and an internship period in one of the collaborating companies.
This Postgraduate study can be taken both by young people who already have a previous university degree, obtaining the Master's Degree in Lifelong Learning in Productivity, Adaptive Management and Innovation from Nebrija University, and by young university students who are going to graduate soon or who have obtained a Higher Vocational Training degree, in which case they will obtain the title of Higher Program in Adaptive Management and Innovation from Nebrija University. | ||
Characteristics of the internship period
- Economic endowment: A minimum amount of €800 gross per month, depending on the country and city of destination.
- Duration: The duration is 12 months (if 12 months are not possible, review the situation with FUE), including the rest period determined by the company.
- Horario: 7 hours a day
- Certification of the host company.
Pillars of the study
IMPROVING EMPLOYABILITY
- The employability of young people and their access to the labour market not only concerns us, but also occupies us. Our commitment is to know where the business world is going, where we are in the university field and where we have to go to train the "worker of the future".
- The Master's Degree in Lifelong Learning is born from this analysis of the human being and the world around us.
- Our students learn how to make better decisions, something they will need to do throughout their careers.
- They also acquire the ability to tell others what they have decided and why.
- This is the great opportunity our young people are looking for to become the workers of the future.
ESSENTIAL CONTENTS
Based on three blocks of subjects. The training is given in two modalities: Spanish or English.
PRODUCTIVITY BLOCK. Communicative action, the challenges of being more productive and visualizing complexity.
ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT BLOCK. Optimize predictive and non-predictive decisions, and study the future from a rigorous perspective.
INNOVATION BLOCK. Understand technology from an innovation perspective, learn design thinking, apply generative AI tools and internalize risk management in financial investments.
INNOVATIVE SPIRIT
The Master teaches its students to make better professional decisions at a global level using the most innovative tools.
A spirit which has led us to use a methodology Xlearning:
- X of mental experiments, learning through counterfactual exercises.
- X as a variable, allowing students to deepen their knowledge based on their preferences.
- XL of content, always aiming for deep knowledge in the subject being learned.
- XL of adaptability, adapting to a changing environment, new technologies, and new learning methods.
INTERCULTURALITY AND DIVERSITY
- The Master’s program prepares the worker of the future. Students from over 45 nationalities have participated in similar programs over the years.
- A multilingual program that enhances the cultural competencies of our students.
ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT
- We seek to support and foster the entrepreneurial spirit of our students.
- We aim for them to develop their decision-making abilities, initiative, innovation, confidence, creativity, critical thinking, cooperation, and teamwork skills.
