Area Description

In Commercial Finance we work with the commercial teams to support the customer deals during the negotiations, especially when the strategy is being defined, ensuring the profitability of the deals and the identification and mitigation of financial risks. 
For every opportunity, we analyze the situation of the customer and model the financial business case with the potential solutions identified, paying attention to possible risks. Then, we present the case to top management for approval and discuss with the commercial team the path to follow during the negotiation.

Project description

As an intern in Commercial Finance - Airport Deals, you will work closely with senior finance professionals and commercial teams, contributing to the financial structuring of major deals with airports globally.

Accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the financial analysis behind key commercial negotiations with airports
- Assisting in the development of business cases and financial models to evaluate potential deals
- Ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and financial policies
- Preparing presentations for top management approvals
- Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
