The Oracle Advance Customer Support team is responsible for developing state-of-the-art technologies and best practices to ensure our customers receive the support they need when and where they need it. With a 24x7 service, it provides real-time support for critical issues through our Global Support Center
We are looking to add a high number of interns to our experienced Advance Customer Support Team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the OCS transformation to SaaS Cloud Services.

What will you do?

Procedure guidance follow-up when an alert is detected.

Documentation of each operation carried out.

Performing daily tasks to improve and support the work of other employees.

Implementation of daily and weekly reports to assess the quality of the work.

Collaborate in the development of certain client services.

Validation of data extracted from the client for later analysis.
What are we looking for?

Students of Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or any other related qualifications.

High level of English and French.
