You will be joining Traveler Servicing Solutions Team within Nexwave, the Amadeus business incubator. Our goal is to develop the next disruptive businesses of the travel industry. Project description

We’re looking for a passionate candidate to join our team and work on one of Nexwave key projects: Amadeus Hey! - a traveler engagement solution that helps travel brands deliver timely, relevant services throughout the trip and provide an enagaging customer experience that keeps travelers coming back. 

Accountabilities

You will be supporting the Sales & Marketing team by: 

• Update and improve sales materials and customer presentations to ensure consistency and clarity 
• Support strategic planning and execution of strategic internal and external communications campaigns, including multi-channel marketing campaigns and events. 
• Support internal communications by creating and repurposing content, videos and other assets   
• Research customers, market trends, and competitors to provide insights that support sales and marketing efforts 
• Support marketing and sales teams with ad hoc tasks, including content updates, research, and administrative support 

Learning

• Hands-on experience in marketing communications, sales enablement, and market research. 
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, product management and customer success 
• Opportunity to develop design, storytelling, and research skills 
• A chance to contribute to meaningful projects that impact internal and external communication
