Training project

  • Gain experience in analyze sales funnels and customer intent.
  • Familiarize with report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Acquire experience in monitoring budget distribution and performance of paid campaigns.
  • Learn to conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data.
  • Gain experience in research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects.
  • Learn to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
  • Gain experience in organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
  • Familiarize with create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Gain experience in schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
  • Learn to resolve business-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
  • Coordinate, along with the team, with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Open minded, flexible, aggressive, integrity, able to work under pressure in an international team, highly self-motivation.
  • Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software).
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
