  • Estudiante de grado universitario a falta de TFG/PFC o Estudiante de grado universitario a falta de 1 asignatura o Titulado/a de grado universitario o Titulado/a de grado con máster universitario: Grado en Organización Industrial, Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas ADE, Grado en Finanzas, Grado en Economía y Gestión
  • Competencias en Idiomas: nivel C1 de Inglés.
Plan de formación propuesto

The Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) team facilitates the alignment of initiatives and projects with the strategy in Digital Transformation Services(DTS).

As an intern, you'll participate in the portfolio initiatives and projects where you'll use a dashboard to visualize performance, enhancing your data analysis skills. You'll assist in workshops to align initiatives with strategic goals, gaining communication and strategic planning experience. You'll evaluate artefacts like MVPs and Lean Business Cases, providing feedback to ensure quality. Additionally, you'll coordinate synchs to share portfolio data, improving communication and teamwork across the organization.

As an intern, you will have these key accountabilities: 
1)Support the reporting of metrics and KPIs against targets.
2)Ensure Business Owners and Epic Owners align initiatives and projects with Business Unities and Strategic Themes.
3)Track the creation and quality of artefacts defining initiatives and projects.
4)Support synchs between solution teams and the Portfolio layer.

1)Agile Methodologies and Tools: Experience of Agile/Kanban methods, especially SAFe (or similar) and related tools
2)Portfolio Management 
3)JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Service Now

 

Degrees

University degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics or related.
