  • Estudiante de grado universitario a falta de TFG/PFC o Titulado/a de grado universitario o Titulado/a de grado con máster universitario: Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Desarrollo de Recursos Humanos, Grado en Ciencias del Trabajo y Recursos Humanos, Grado en Psicología, Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos

  • Talent Development & Community Impact Internship

Talent is one of the three main pillars of the Amadeus people's strategy. As part of People & Culture for Spain and Portugal, the Talent Development team encourages a culture of continuous career growth by enabling development programs, learning opportunities, coaching and mentoring at regional level, ensuring that managers are equipped to support their teams. We also build the next generation of Amadeus talent through a robust pipeline of junior professionals, and we champion Community Impact initiatives.

Are you passionate about developing talent and driving social impact? Join us as a Talent Development & Community Impact Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting development programs and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in Spain. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys project management, communication, and working with diverse stakeholders.
This internship is intended for a junior professional to learn, support and contribute to key projects of the Talent Development team such as the Junior Talent Program, the deployment of learning and development projects, and volunteering initiatives for employees with an impact on the community.

Talent Development Support: Assist in the coordination and logistics of talent development programs. Ensure timelines and key milestones are met. Serve as the point of contact for interns, tutors, and external partners. Contribute to the communication plan, ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders. Support the deployment of the training plan, including internal communication and Learning Management System (LMS) updates.
Community Impact Initiatives: Brainstorm and develop impactful community initiatives. Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including planning, provider engagement, and deployment. Ensure clear and effective communication and promotion of initiatives. Gather and analyze feedback to enhance future initiatives.

Degrees

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field. Interest in talent development, training, project management, and community engagement.
