Plan de formación propuesto

As Corporate Internal Communications, our goal is to help employees understand and engage with Amadeus’ mission, purpose, strategy and values, and how each employee contributes to achieving our business goals through our day to day work.
To do this, we share stories, information and insights about our customers, our business, technology and the industry at large. We share examples of inspirational and quality work done by individuals and we connect employees to other colleagues and to information and resources they need using channels such as our global intranet, e-mail, digital signage, internal social platforms or internal events.
Internal Communication also has an important role in fostering the right company culture and enhancing employee engagement. In close collaboration with People & Culture teams, we encourage open, transparent conversations and knowledge sharing across the organization, so we can all work better together as one single global team.
