Area Description
At Travel Seller Media, we provide targeted advertising solutions for hotels, destinations and airlines to reach and influence travel agents, globally. Our team is responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of effective communication and product marketing strategies that bring the Travel seller media products to market.
Project description
Involvement in the creation and management of sales enablement content and materials for customers and customer facing teams.
Accountabilities
Internal sales enablement tasks:
- Travel Seller Media Newsletters – Collect content, format it, and send it out.
- Seismic – Manage the content (update or upload materials), review statistics, and propose content adjustments based on the statistics.
- Help with the communications calendar and coordinate it with Media and distribution communications team. Propose weekly content creation for regular internal communication channels: newsletters and Viva engage.
- Support department internal meetings content – suggest content, help with presentations formatting. Example: Monthly business reviews, biweekly team meetings.
- Support with Voice of the Customer project: Gather contacts and survey feedback, create a deck with the results, and share it with the commercial strategy team.
External sales enablement tasks:
- Assist with the creation and design of presentations/one-pagers/videos/ case studies or coordinate with marketing operations via Workfront for customers.
Learning
S/he will learn about B2B advertising, sales enablement initiatives, and how to work with other teams within the organization, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, as well as collaborative tools like Seismic, SharePoint and visualization tools like Qlik and PowerBI.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fair knowledge on Microsoft 365 suite.
