Area Descritpion

The People & Culture (P&C) Project Management Office (PMO) supports the transformation of our HR function by managing a diverse portfolio of projects. Our focus is on project execution, governance, reporting, and methodology to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
The Communications & Change team within the VP Office ensures effective communication and engagement for People & Culture initiatives, using digital tools and storytelling to connect employees with P&C vision and the transformation efforts.

Project Description

As a PMO & Communications Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Project Management, Communications, and Change Management, supporting strategic HR vision and initiatives.
You will work with project managers, senior leaders, and communications experts to:
• Enhance portfolio visibility and alignment to priorities.
• Support in project execution and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain digital content in SharePoint, Poppulo, and our intranet (Neo).
• Support communication efforts such as newsletters, presentations, videos, and webcasts.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop analytical, creative, and organizational skills in a global HR environment.

Accountabilities:

PMO Support

• Assist in project tracking and reporting, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are well documented.
• Contribute to connecting the project portfolio with data sources to create a data-driven funnel for decision-making.
• Help maintain and update the PMO Corner (SharePoint site) with relevant content, templates, and governance materials.

Communications & Change Support


• Support the creation of content: scripts, emails, newsletters, presentations, and videos.
• Assist with the management of the Poppulo communications account.
• Organize and update materials in Neo (SharePoint).
• Help coordinate and support P&C webcast events.

Learning:

By supporting this area, the intern will develop skills and competencies in:
• Project Management – Exposure to project governance, reporting, and portfolio management.
• Communication Strategies & Tools – Hands-on experience with Poppulo, SharePoint, and video editing tools.
• Amadeus & People & Culture Knowledge – Understanding of HR processes and transformation initiatives.
• Content Creation & Digital Communication – Writing, storytelling, and multimedia skills.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Connecting data sources to support project insights.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Working with diverse teams across regions.
