Do you have a passion for exploring and modeling geo-spatial data? Are you open to gain hands-on experience as data scientist in the telecommunications world? Then become part of our team as a Geo-analyst and data scientist Intern (m/f/d). In your role, you will analyze and model geo-spatial data from Vantage Tower´s equipment, public data sources and mobile networks’ crowdsourced data, and support the commercial team to increase company sales and develop new products and services.
Your challenges:
• You support the Product Team in all aspects concerning data analysis and modeling
• You write scripts to collect and store data generated by company and public sources
• You pre-process data using different data cleaning and wrangling techniques
• You explore and model data to improve observation resolution and prediction accuracy
• You design and create charts, dashboards, and maps to visualize observations and predictions using geo-spatial and temporal information
• You communicate the results of the data exploration and modeling to key stakeholders in a visual and understandable manner for neophytes
• You will have the opportunity to input and shape new data products and data analysis capabilities from concept phase to implementation
