As a trainee, you will be placed in various projects related to purchasing departament on an international environment working with people from different countries offering you a diverse and engaging experience. This internship will allow you to understand what are the main risk a multinational could face when dealing with third party such as Cybersecurity or ESG. This will help also to learn and develop skill on reporting capabilities. Understand the relationships with strategic third parties and participate in tool implementation projects.

Area Description: 

• The PGO is a transversal department dedicated to supporting our internal purchasing team and representing purchasing in front of other internal stakeholders. Our mission is twofold:
• Support internal purchasing departments by providing them with the correct tools, data, procedures, and templates for efficient procurement processes.
• Represent purchasing in front of other internal departments (Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance) and manage large-scale projects such as tools implementation, company integrations, legislative changes (e.g., GDPR, ESG), and other initiatives impacting purchasing department.

Accountabilities: 

• During your internship, you will have the opportunity to support our team in a variety of areas:
• Monitoring and evaluating vendor risk management processes.
• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Participating in vendor management activities and performance assessments.
• Support on tool implementation project
• Support on the team communication strategy
