Plan de formación propuesto

We are a Legal Department made up of 4 lawyers and 2 administrative staff in which intense work prevails in a good environment. Collaboration between team members and continuous learning are our hallmarks.

We are looking for bright, motivated, and competitive candidates with a "get the job done" attitude and a desire to learn. Someone who exhibits initiative, creativity and passion.

The candidate, accompanied by a member of the Legal Department:

  • Will participate in contracting processes with public and private sector entities for the acquisition of cloud services, software licenses, hardware, consulting services or technical support services;
  • Will have a continuous training path with our lawyers;
  • Will learn to request and manage documentation with public notaries and agencies;
  • Will collaborate with other legal teams in the USA and EMEA and will have direct contact with our lawyers in Romania;
  • Will actively and regularly participate in the review of contract documents with the local commercial teams, as well as with the local and international Deal Management team;
  • Will know the main processes related to Corporate House holding and will intervene in processes of merger and acquisition of companies;
  • During this time, the candidate will also be part of the GAIA project in which will have access to a master's degree (...).
