You will be joining the group's sustainability program manager to support transversal projects in the recently created sustainability office.

Project description
Support on the Amadeus Third Party Risk Management project focusing on the scope of Sustainability (ESG) risks in vendors and partners
Support more broadly on other transversal sustainability initiatives like the ones described below, mainly on M&A onboarding and digitalization
Accountabilities
Third Party Risk Management
- Manage the oversight of vendor responses in a tool. Contribute to achieve our company target vendor ESG risks.
- Identify actions to take. Analyze and classify results with the support of the tool.
- Spot gaps in process and continuous improvements.
Support on establishing a process managing sustainability risks in the M&A onboarding process.
Support Sustainability Program Manager and working with Data Analytics teams
- Benchmarking of an integrated ESG tool
- Data automation of non-financial information
Support the Sustainability Program Manager on managing the ESG dashboards in excel and power BI and gathering the inputs from the stakeholders on a quarterly basis.

Minimum of Bachelor degree
Studies in sustainability in social or environmental science, innovation, data science, risk management, project management.

'‒ Preferred prior internships / projects in Commercial or Finance areas
‒ Excellent Excel skills and prior exposure to financial modelling and/or business cases. Numeric attention to detail is vital.
‒ Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Customer Care, etc.) to get alignment around ideas, make decision amidst conflict priorities, and take action.
‒ Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization, especially Sales and Product Management.
‒ Professional with a high level of attention to detail, excellent organization and time management skills.
‒ Fluent in English. Good level of French or Spanish a plus
