Purpose of the role + Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GenAI Use Case Development Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of Generative AI use cases, working closely with our innovation and development teams to leverage large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating solutions with AI, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven applications.

Working in partnership with IAG Tech and the business to:

 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement use cases that leverage Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.

Assist in programming and testing AI models, particularly large language models (LLMs), to solve business challenges.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI-based applications and use cases.

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for applying GenAI.

Stay current with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and NLP to continuously improve project outcomes.

 

People Specification

Qualifications 

 

•           Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field

•           Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).

•           Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or other relevant AI/ML frameworks (ie. Java, node.js).

•           Knowledge of AI models, including experience or coursework in training and fine-tuning language models (LLMs) is a plus.

•           Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

Bonus Points

 

Qualifications and knowledge in Scrum or Kanban.

 

 

Recognised Agile qualifications (SAFe Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I).)
