  • Talent Acquisition Internship

Talent Acquisition is all about finding and attracting the right people to join a company. Think of us as matchmakers—we connect talented professionals with the right job opportunities to help both the company and the candidates grow.

Our team works closely with hiring managers to understand what they need in a new hire, then we search, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process. We also focus on creating a great candidate experience, making sure people feel informed and valued every step of the way.

Beyond just filling open roles, we also plan for the future by building talent pipelines, researching market trends, and ensuring the company stays competitive in hiring top talent. It’s a fast-paced, people-focused function where no two days are the same!

As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will join our dynamic and international EMEA Talent Acquisition team as a Trainee and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, coordination, and sourcing. This 6 to 12-month internship will allow you to rotate across different functions within Talent Acquisition, providing a comprehensive overview of the hiring process while making meaningful contributions to our candidate and hiring manager experience.
