Plan de formación propuesto

The Digital Channels & Operations team within Corporate Digital Marketing (DMK) strategically manages organic and paid media across corporate social channels. The team optimizes content performance using Insights & Analytics from tools like Hootsuite Advanced Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Datorama, and Microsoft Excel, and is increasingly focused on how coding, scripting and workflow automation tools can drive operational efficiency in an increasingly fragmented MarTech stack landscape.

Project description

The intern will actively support the Digital Channels & Operations team in executing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and internal content ecosystems. The role offers strategic exposure to campaign planning and operations in a complex global organization. In addition to supporting publishing workflows and content alignment, the intern will gain hands-on experience in automating repetitive tasks, integrating data sources, and developing analytics dashboards that contribute to campaign optimization, performance monitoring, and executive-level reporting. This position combines marketing execution and data-driven operations, offering valuable experience at the intersection of content strategy and marketing technology.

Accountabilities

- Support day-to-day management of social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, through Hootsuite Enterprise. 
- Assist in monitoring campaign and channel performance using data from Hootsuite Enterprise and Excel. 
- Build or enhance simple automated reporting processes (e.g., Power Query, Excel scripting, or Power Automate). 
- Shadow campaign planning and coordination for omni-channel projects across business units. 
- Identify inefficiencies in digital content workflows and propose improvements. 
- Collaborate with stakeholders across content, brand, and IT teams.

- Digital & Social Expertise: Develop practical knowledge of channel and content strategies, planning, creation, management, and execution across digital and social media channels.    
- Team & Workflow Dynamics: Understand how projects, processes, and cross-functional teamwork operate in a large, multifaceted organization with multiple customer segments. 
-  Dashboard & Reporting Support: Build or support reporting dashboards using Excel or Power BI to help stakeholders analyze performance trends. 
- Operational Optimization & Automation: Identify and address inefficiencies (e.g., manual entry, disjointed data) and utilize existing coding or automation skills (Python, Pandas, Office / Type Script, Power Automate, R) to streamline manual repetitive reporting tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Digital Channel Operations: Strong interest in digital content strategy, campaign execution, and identifying process improvements within digital marketing workflows.  
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in one of the following: Python, Power Query, Office/TypeScript, R, or another similar coding / scripting language or tool, and eager to apply these skills to automate repetitive tasks and streamline marketing operations. 
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset: Comfortable using Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and potentially Power BI (basic dashboard creation). 
- Proactive & Curious: Able to identify workflow or process inefficiencies and is eager to explore new tools and technologies to solve them.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Collaborative Approach: Enthusiastic about working in cross-functional environments and contributing to shared goals.
