The Transfer Pricing department is responsible for setting and reviewing the prices at which services are traded between related entities within the company. This ensures that transactions comply with international tax laws and regulations, preventing tax evasion and ensuring fair market value is applied.
Project description
Specifically, the Planning & Documentation team ensure that all transfer pricing local obligations are properly submitted to tax authorities, coordinated with the local support, prepare Local documentation when necessary and ensure that transfer pricing methods align with the guidelines set by the OECD and local tax authorities to avoid penalties and disputes
Accountabilities
Support coordinating with worldwide local teams preparation of the local documentation
Support collecting financial data to guarantee the accuracy of the documentation and reports to be submitted to tax authorities
Support implementing new intercompany agreements.
