Area Description
The Corporate Insights and Analytics team is responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights to enhance marketing and communication strategies. By collecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, the team provides valuable recommendations that improve decision-making and optimize performance across corporate digital channels. Additionally, the team oversees the governance of marketing and communication data, ensuring the effective use of tools for data collection, analysis, and visualization.
Project description
As a participant in this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in marketing data analysis, visualization, and strategic insights. You will be involved in projects that focus on measuring audience behavior, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and enhancing decision-making through data-driven strategies. This experience will allow you to apply analytical skills to real-world business challenges and contribute to optimizing marketing performance.
Accountabilities
• Support data collection efforts to track marketing activities and audience engagement.
• Assist in analyzing large datasets to measure campaign performance and identify trends.
• Ensure data quality assurance and accuracy across different platforms.
• Participate in the creation of dashboards and reports that visualize key marketing insights.
• Help optimize the customer journey through data-driven recommendations and testing.

Requirements
• Have a good command of English
• Have a strong interest in data analysis, marketing, and digital strategy.
• Be a team player with good communication skills.
• Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
• Possess basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R is a plus).
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
