M&C Internship

BP's Mobility & Convenience business is designed to adapt and thrive through the energy transition, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

M&C is focused on transforming the customer experience at service stations worldwide. The company operates a vast network of retail sites and BP aims to provide high-quality food, beverages, and services to customers on the move. BP is also enhancing its roadside convenience offerings, including customizable food and coffee options.

Globally, BP's Mobility & Convenience business is adapting to changing customer needs and habits, ensuring a consistent, friendly quality experience supported by seamless digital tools and engaging loyalty programs.

WHAT WE OFFER?

The internship will be shared between Convenience and Maintenance and will participate in different projects related to Asset Register, Shop equiments and legal requirements

Maintenance

  • Analysis of efficiency indicators in maintenance, such as contractor service, preventive maintenance on time, maintenance of critical equipment and improvement of reports.
  • Analysis of legal compliance of the stations and improvement of the process
  • Control of equipment records and guarantees
  • Support to the basement project; maintenance reviews carried out by the contractor, deficiencies found, sealing of pipes and possibilities for process improvement

Convenience

  • Improve communication between central team and Operations/ Marketing teams
  • Review monthly promotional pieces with MKT.
  • Support the development of Globo/ Uber projects and the implementation in sites.
  • Support for the execution of 2025 car wash plan.
