Area Description

The main purpose of the Commercial Operations function Order validation functions are a set of processes used in Salesforce platform to ensure that an order placed by a customer is complete, correct, and ready for processing. These functions check various aspects of the order before it moves to the next stage, such as implementation and billing. 

Project Description

As an intern in the Order Validation team, you'll be stepping into a fast-paced, dynamic / multicultural environment where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every order placed by our customers is flawless before it reaches the next stage of processing.
Customer satisfaction is key to any business, and your role in the Order Validation team will directly impact this. You'll be part of a project to optimize the order flow to ensure that everything is validated accurately and quickly, minimizing errors and delays. 

Accountabilities
- Assisting Order Validation team with quality check of all contractual documents prior to implementation and billing.
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes.                              
- Responsible for registering incoming documents and coordinate the legal validation and Amadeus signature as per provided procedures and processes.                                                                                                 
- Assisting Order Validation and Commercial Team with all post signature processes for accurate data collection.
- Monitor, report and follow up on interfacing to other systems and tools to ensure timely resolution / escalation of tech issues.
