The Go to Market (GTM) & Product Marketing team sits at the intersection of sales, product, marketing and operations. The purpose of the team is to bring our Hotel IT products to life for customers and prospects. We build value propositions, deploy marketing assets to enable sales, run lead generation campaigns, and participate as a key stakeholder and contributor to product launch projects.
Project description
Have you ever booked a hotel online? Of course you have! And the chances are you've used an application built by Amadeus to choose your dates, select your rooms, provide your details and pay. We are currently upgrading the booking engine used by thousands of our hotel customers, and we need a trainee to help us push this critical initiative to reach completion. You’ll also support Marketing and Operations teams to communicate with our customers and our Sales teams about other critical product migration projects.
Accountabilities
You will be accountable for maintaining project records and data up to date, drafting and external communication and compiling customer distribution lists, and preparing and delivering internal communication (email and presentations) to ensure internal stakeholders are fully informed of project progress and requirements. Other accountabilities may be assigned depending on the capacity, capabilities, and performance of the student.
Learning
delivered to business customers at scale. You’ll learn a broad range of skills, including data management, process design, project management and marketing communication. You’ll become an advanced user of Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Copilot, and will gain familiarity with Salesforce, a leading CRM system. The role will also strengthen your interpersonal skills, equip you to navigate complex organizations, and learn how things get done in a corporate environment.
Degrees
In order of preference: Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Relations, Law
Native/bilingual English proficiency is a must. The candidate should enjoy problem solving, have a high level of attention to detail, be comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint or Word, and be curious about travel technology.
