Area Description
The Legal M&A team leads the transactional projects (e.g. acquisitions, mergers, sales, venture capital...) of the Amadeus Group from a legal point of view.
Project description
A recent graduate will learn about how an multinational company deals with M&A transactions and will receive practical and relevant legal training while supporting the legal M&A team.
Accountabilities
The intern will work with the whole M&A team (strategy, finance, legal, etc.) and broader legal and business teams (IP, tax, commercial, privacy...) to coordinate and generally assist in the M&A projects .
Learning
- Work as member of an in-house legal department and be part of a highly motivated team
- Learn about the insights of a multinational company's M&A and Venture Capital deals all around the world
- Navigate a global business and multicultural environment
- Structure and communicate legal information clearly and effectively to commercial teams
- Work with a transversal team including commercial, finance, M&A and Employment, among others
- Develop and execute skills on drafting and negotiation
Requirements
- Educational focus, or demonstrated interest in, corporate and commercial law
- Fluent in English
- Teamwork spirit and good communication skills
