Project description
The Global Digital Marketing intern is a support role for the Global Ad Operation team and is responsible for multiple tasks that drive team efficiency. The Intern will complete tasks on Digital Media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc), and will provide support with internal processes and reporting.
The Intern will have excellent communication skills and be able to properly prioritize and organize their work.
This individual should have a basic understanding of marketing principles with knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager as a plus, but not required. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
The Intern plays a crucial role in campaign success and must understand how their work impacts overall client performance and retention.
Accountabilities
Work with Operational Excellence team for campaign auditing and fulfilling implementation requests on different advertising platforms.
Work with Reporting, Web Analytics and Process Innovation team to pull data from internal reporting tools, validating data accuracy, produce internal reporting and digital KPIs metrics. Provide support to development and rollout of any relevant projects.
Learning
Will become knowledgeable in Digital campaign’s setup and optimization on multiple digital media platforms we are working with. Will learn how to interpret data (Data analysis) and data reporting. This person will learn how to prioritize tasks and collaborate/communicate with multiple stakeholders in different regions.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Web Analytics. Ability to work within a team and multinational environment. Strong organizational Skills. High communication skills, strong team player.
Office, strong Excel a plus
English as primary language, Spanish is a plus but not necessary, or one other European language
Hospitality industry knowledge a plus
Degrees
Working toward Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study; may include Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Communications
