Project description:

The marketing and communications team aims to raise the profile of Nexwave as a key vehicle of growth in front of customers, partners and employees. We do so by positioning our incubation approach and the solutions we build, with different stakeholders and through different marcom tactics.

Accountabilities:

Support the team in developing the marketing and communications strategy:

• Create content in line with strategy and reflecting brand consistency: design of visuals, newsletters, videos and PowerPoint presentations, and support with corporate messages.
• Support with the social media strategy, both internally and externally: follow guidelines, create pipeline of content based on audience, monitor performance.
• Update digital channels, including website and intranet.
• Monitor overall performance of marketing and communications actions, tracking and evaluating KPIs and proposing improvements.
• Execute ad-hoc marcom and internal communications activities according to strategy to reach the right audience.

Learning:

The candidate will learn:

• How to contribute to the strategy of a marketing and communications team.
• Management of marketing communication channels, both internal and external.
• Interpretation of metrics to define what works and what needs improvement.
• Content creation.
• Understanding of how a team dedicated to innovation and growth operates

Requirements:

• The candidate is doing a bachelor/master’s degree in marketing and/or communication.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good eye for detail and a proactive approach.
• Analytical mindset, with an ability to interpret statistics.
• Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, illustrator, video editing (ideally Premiere).
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially powerpoint, word and basic excel)
• 5/6 working hours to be agreed with line manager. 50% of time being onsite.

Please note that the duration of the internship will be 3 months and may be extended for a further 3 months.
