Plan de formación propuesto

Placement project: 

The intern will work closely with the sales team to learn about Castrol products and services, sales strategies, and customer relations mainly within the Direct and Retail sales team with occasional support to the Indirect team. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales to gain practical experience and develop their skills.

Responsibilities likely involve:

  • Assisting with sales presentations and proposals to FWS Groups, OEM´s and Retail customers.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data in cooperation with Marketing department.
    • Evolve and maintain the current sales reports.
    • Analyze the targeted markets, PCO, CVO, MCO, current and potential in Spain and Portugal
    • Competitor activities follow up and report.
  • Portfolio analysis detecting deviations and proposing actions for improvement.
  • Participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Supporting in the formulation and optimization of forecast process
  • Setting up new customers and vendors in the company systems.
  • Assisting Sales Manager and KAM´s in their daily activities and projects
  • Providing full support to the Iberia Retail KAM in the development of the duties of the relevant customers in this market segment. This represents a opportunity to gain experience working closely to companies as Amazon or Mobivia Groupe.
