In Digital Media we run digital advertising campaigns for hotels in different areas of the world. We work with platforms like Google, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.

The candidate will collaborate with different Digital Media Analysts and Strategists to manage a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients and oversee the day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns for hotels. Your role will involve in-depth optimization, analysis, and reporting, providing actionable insights for campaign enhancement across various digital platforms such as Google Ads, DV360 (Display, YouTube, etc.) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). You will receive guidance from senior roles and managers, with regular oversight on campaign performance.

Accountabilities: 

Implement and execute campaign adjustments and optimizations based on data-driven insights and industry best practices. Conduct regular performance analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to maximize ROI (Return on Investment), ensuring campaign performance meets or exceeds KPIs and objectives.

Collaborate closely with the Digital Media Performance Strategist to develop strategic campaign plans and client presentations and reports, highlighting campaign performance and insights in a clear and compelling manner.

Learning and requirements

Will become knowledgeable in Digital campaign’s setup and optimization on multiple digital media platforms we are working with. Will learn how to interpret data (Data analysis) and data reporting. This person will learn how to prioritize tasks and collaborate/communicate with multiple stakeholders in different regions.

  • Demonstrates experience or interest in managing paid media campaigns, particularly in Search, Display or Social advertising, with proficiency in Google Ads and Social Paid campaigns.
  • Capable of interpreting statistics and troubleshooting data to devise effective strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, with proficiency in at least one other European language being advantageous.
