We look after one equitable, objective and competitive internal salary policy directly linked to the employee performance and development. We analyze and provide benefits to enhance employee experience. We also manage, control, and analyze the organizational evolution within Amadeus People and Culture, Spain and Portugal and other related employee changes (mobility, development, etc.).
The person will be supporting the different operations of the area, both on day-to-day activities (e.g. job offers, salary changes, etc.), on more strategic perspectives (salary structure, implementation of new benefits or policies) or in specific upcoming projects (M&A, compensation evolutions, etc.).
The role will have overview of all projects and ongoing activities of the area, and will be supporting myself and the rest of the team members in these activities. From ensuring data quality and accuracy, to analyse data and statistical information, or generate documentation (policies, presentations, offers, etc.) for each actitivity the person has been working in.
