The User Lifecycle Trainee within IT Security department support to deploy and offer reliable tools and associated processes which enable the users' life cycle management activities since an employee joins LH, during any internal move and until leaving the Group for the EMEA region

Activities:

  • Execute 1st and 2nd Level Support on EMEA’s identity platform (LHIM; based on SailPoint’s IdentityIQ)
  • Execute proactive operations on the Identity and access management solution
  • Maintain and improve EMEA’s Identity and Access Management solution including connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and third party system integration
  • Help transforming EMEA applications to comply with LH user life cycle processes and minimum control standards
  • Optimize automatic access rights provisions
  • Suggest/advise roles and entitlement
  • Execute 1st and 2nd Level Support on Single Sign on, Multifactor Authentication and Privilege Access management solutions

Profile Required

  • University degree or students in the last degree year in the science fields (Computer
  • engineering, Telecommunications, mathematics, physic).
  • Medium/High level of written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Strong level of energy, open mindset and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge in object programming language such as java is an advantage
